Fixing the rates for issuance of PUC for vehicles
The Government is pleased to amend the Home Department Order No. MVR / 1004 / 2063 / KH , dated 04/03/2005 . In the said order , for the existing paragraph No. 8 which has been previously amended by Ports and Transport Department's order No. MVR / 1004 / 2063 / Part - 1 / KH , dated 31/12/2008 , the following paragraph shall be substituted : 8. The licensee shall levy a fee for the conduct of the emission test as specified below on issuing a receipt thereof
( a ) The test being carried out , under rule 116
( 1 ) of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules , 1989 or at the request of the owner or a person in charge of a vehicle for certificate .
