UNLOCK 2: Hotel-Restaurant Gets Extra Concessions, Curfew Time Reduced, This Guideline To Be Implemented In Gujarat From Tomorrow

UNLOCK 2 Is Being Launched In The State From July 1. Following Which, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani Has Decided To Allow Shops In Gujarat To Continue Operating From Tomorrow, I.E. July 1, Till 8 Pm. Hotels And Restaurants Will Also Be Open Until 9 P.M. The Chief Minister Said That As Per The Guidelines Of The Government Of India, The Curfew Will Have To Be Enforced Across The State From 10 Pm To 5 Am. The Central Government Has Issued New Guidelines Under Unlock 2 From July 1.

• The State Government Has Extended The Time Limit In Unlock-2

• All Shops In Unlock-2 Can Be Kept Open Till 8 Pm

• The Restaurant Will Be Open Until 9 P.M.

Earlier, UNLOCK 1 Allowed Businesses And Restaurants To Remain Open Until 7 P.M. When Curfew Was Imposed From 9 Pm To 5 Am. Thus Shop Owners Are Now Given One Hour More Relief And Restaurant Owners Two Hours More. A 1-Hour Curfew Has Also Been Announced.

Highlights Of UNLOCK 2

International Air Travel, Metro Rail, Cinema Hall, Gym, Swimming Pool, Amusement Park, Theaters, Bars, Auditoriums, Assembly Halls And Any Crowded Places Will Be Closed.

Educational Institution:

According To UNLOCK 2 Guidelines, Schools, Colleges, Educational Institutions And Coaching Institutions Will Remain Closed Until July 31. Online And Distance Learning Will Remain The Same As Before. Training Institutes Of Central And State Governments Are Allowed To Start From July 15, 2020 Subject To Conditions.

Public Programs:

All Social, Political, Sports, Entertainment, Educational, Cultural, Religious And Large Group Gatherings Will Be Banned Until July 31. Face Covers Are Required In Public Spaces, Workplaces And During Transport.

International Flights:

International Flights Will Be Banned Until July 31. However, International Flights That Have Been Approved By The Home Ministry Will Be Allowed To Fly.

Domestic Flights:

A Limited Number Of Domestic Flights And Passenger Trains Are Allowed. The Management Of This Will Continue To Be The Same.

Night Curfew

The Timing Of The Night Curfew Has Changed. Which Will Now Be From 10pm To 5am. People Are Exempted From Night Curfew On Their Way To Their Destination After Unloading Of Industrial Units, National And Regional Highways, Movement Of People And Goods Vehicles, Loading And Unloading Of Cargo, Buses, Trains, Planes.

The Above Mentioned Activities Will Be Closed For The Time Being But If Any Decision Is Taken To Start According To The Situation, It May Be Decided Separately In Which Permission Can Be Given To Start Based On The Conditions.
