Covid - The matter of giving online permission for upcoming weddings considering the situation of 19.  In the case of celebrations like weddings / receptions from V-12KA / 102010 / 3rd in the present order of the Home Department in the state dated 6.11.2030, ceremonies should be held in open spaces, not more than 50% of the capacity of the venue but within the limit of maximum 100 persons.  / 

Provision is made to allow event planning.  Given the current situation of covid-19 in the state, the matter of online registration for upcoming weddings was under consideration of the state government.  At the end of the adult consideration, keeping in view the prevailing status of Govid-19, the state government has decided to conduct online registration for upcoming weddings in the state.  In this regard, the National Informatics Center has developed a software for online registration for Organizing Marriage Function.  Which is working on Digital Gujarat Portal (www.digitalgujarat.gov.in).  Under this, the applicant has to apply online on the said portal regarding holding a wedding ceremony.  After applying, the applicant can take the pint of Registration Slip / save the PDF.  If any police officer or officer / employee of local administration requests Registration Slip from the applicant, it will have to be submitted by the applicant.  By order of the Governor of Gujarat and in his name
