Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana (Mysy) Scholarship 2020-21 Eligibility, Last Date And Process: Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojna (Mysy) Financial And Other Scholarship/Assistantship For Meritorious And Needy Students Of All Classes For Pursuing Higher Education In The State Of Gujarat.

 

Mysy Scholarship 2020-21 Details:

• For Scholarship In Diploma Admissions, The Candidate Should Have Passed The Std X From A Recognized Board From State Of Gujarat With Minimum 80 Percentile In The Board Examination• For Scholarship In Bachelor Degree Programs, The Candidates Should Have Passed Std Xii Science/ General Stream From Recognized Board From The State Of Gujarat With Minimum 80 Percentile In The Board Examination.

• For Diploma To Degree Students The Minimum Eligibility Criteria For Availing The Benefits Of The Scheme Is A 65% Marks At Diploma Level Examination From Recognized University Situated In The State Of Gujarat.

• The Candidates Whose Parents Annual Income Is Not More Than Rs. 6,00,000/- Per Annul Shall Only Be Considered Eligible For The Said Scheme.

• The State Government Has Approved The Validity Of Income Certificate For Three Financial Years From Date Of Issue. Accordingly, A Candidate Who Has A Valid Income Certificate Need Not Have To Issue It Again For Next Three Years Financial Years.

Mysy Tuition Fee Scholarship Year 2020-21 

• For Admission In Medical And Dental Graduate Level Programs In Government Approved Self Finance Institutes, Candidate Is Eligible For 50% Of The Approved Annual Tuition Or 2,00,000/-Whichever Is Less.• For Admission In Engineering/Technology, Pharmacy, Architecture, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Ayurved, Homeopathy, Paramedical Or Veterinary Graduate Level Program In Government Approved Self Finance Institutes, Candidate Is Eligible For 50% Of The Approved Annual Tuition Or 50,000/- , Whichever Is Less.

• For Admission In Bsc, B.Com., B.A., B.B.A. Or Bca Graduate Level Program In Government Approved Self Finance Institutes, Candidate Is Eligible For 50% Of The Approved Annual Tuition Or 10,000/- , Whichever Is Less.

• For Admission In Diploma Courses In Government Approved Self Finance Institutes, Candidate Is Eligible For 50% Of The Approved Annual Tuition Or 25,000/- , Whichever Is Less.

 

Hostel Accommodation And Food Assistance:

For Graduate Or Diploma Level Students Who Has Not Secured Admission In Government/Grant In Aid Hostel And Who Is Residing Outside Of Their Residential Native Taluka Place Is Eligible For Scholarship Of Rs. 1,200 Per Month (For Maximum 10 Months) In A Year.

Book- Instrument Assistance:

• A Onetime Book- Instrument Assistance In The First Year Of Admission For The Entire Duration Of Course Is Available As Per Following Details. Graduate Level Student Of Medical And Dental Is Eligible For Rs. 10000/- ;

2. Graduate Level Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, Architecture Student Is Eligible For Rs. 5000/-

3. Diploma Level Student Is Eligible For Rs. 3000/-.

Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana @Mysy.Guj.Nic.In: The Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana Is A Scheme Under Which The Students Shall Get Grants For Their Higher Studies. To Take Part In This Scheme The Government Has Asked For Online Applications. The Gujarat Government Will Provide Scholarships To The Meritorious Students Who Prove Their Mettle Under This Scheme.

 

Key Features For Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana

1.    Government Employee Relaxation: For Government Employees, There Is An Age Relaxation Of 5 Years For Making Use Of This Scheme.

2.    Aid To Special Areas: Those Areas Which Neither Have A Higher Education Department Or A Government Hostel Shall Receive Special Benefits. Rs. 1200 Will Be Given To Them For 10 Months Before They Can Find Their Accommodation.

3.    Extra Gear To Students: The Students Who Are Studying In Higher Secondary Level Will Get Aid For Purchasing Books And Other Educational Gear. Those Students That Are Currently In Undergraduate Level Will Get Monetary Aid As Per The Scholarship Structure Mentioned Below.

4.    Student Categories: Nearly All Students Will Get This Grant, Given That They Have Obtained A Specified Minimum At Their School Or College Level. For More Information On This, See The Eligibility Criteria.

Scholarship Structure For Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana

1.    Amount Of Grant: The Government Shall Give The Students A Grant Of Rs. 1 Lakh For The Period Of Five Years. But This Amount Is For Those Who Are Pursuing Their Degree Courses Under Gujarat Medical Education Research Society (Gmers) And For Those Who Are Taking Up Dental Courses As Well.

2.    Grant For Other Courses: For Students Who Are Pursuing Courses Like Pharmacy, Ayurved, Engineering, Nursing, Homoeopathy And Physiotherapy, Will Get Half The Amount As Grant. This Means They Shall Get Only Rs. 50,000 Per Year At The Most.

3.    More Course Structures: For Students Who Are Studying Courses Like B.Ed, B.A, B.Sc And More, There Will Be A Government Grant Worth Rs. 10,000 Per Annum. Or, They Can Also Get Half Their College Expenses Paid – Whichever Is Lower To The Government.

4.    Higher Secondary Students: Students Who Have Just Passed 10th Standard Or 12th Standard With The Marks That Fall Under The Eligibility Criteria Will Also Get The Grant If You Have Settled For Courses, Then You Will Be Given Rs. 25,000 Per Year, Or Half Amount Of Your Fees – Whichever Is Lower.

5.    Free Reading Material: You Will Not Just Get The Reading Material For Free But You Shall Also Get The Outfits Or Uniforms Made For Free If You Have Any In Schools And Colleges. The Frame Charges Will Be As Per The Norms Of The Self-Financed Schools.

Eligibility For Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana

1.    Gujarat Resident: The Student Has To Be A Resident Of Gujarat To Be Eligible For This Scheme. Gujarat Residents Are The Only Ones Who Shall Be Able To Get Benefits Under This Scheme.

2.    Household Income: Under The Mysy Scheme, The Household Income Matters Too. The Total Household Income Of The Family Should Not Exceed Rs. 4.5 Lakh For This Scheme.

3.    Marks And Merit: Students Who Have Scored More Than 90% In Their 10th And 12th Standard Will Be Able To Apply For This Scheme. Also, Those Students Who Have Enrolled For Undergraduate Courses In B.Ed, B.Sc, And Other Professional Courses, Are Eligible.

1.    Income Certificate: You Have To Make An Income Certificate And Get It Authorized From A Competent Authority Usually A Mamlatdar Or Tdo.

2.    Notarized Affidavit: You Have To Also Send A Notarized Affidavit For This Scheme Which Is Available For Rs. 20 (Non-Judicial Stamp). Please Note That A 20-Rupee Notarized Affidavit Is Must For This Scheme.

3.    Copy Of Bank Documents: You Need To Produce A Copy Of Your Savings Bank Account’s Passbook. It Can Also Be A Copy Of The Student’s Or The Parent’s Passbook.
